Biography of Bern B !Nuwuseb

I was born and bred in Usakos, Erongo Region in Namibia. I attended my primary school at E #Goseb primary school and my high school at A Shipena Secondary School in Windhoek

In 1991 I went to study National Technical Diploma in Electronics at the Polytechnic of Namibia, at the same time I was employed by Telecom Namibia Ltd. as a Pupil Technician on Electro-Magnetic and Digital Switching systems.

After completion of my studies I worked for Telecom as a Switching Technician in Swakopmund.

The following year (1995) I moved to University of Cape Town to study B. Sc. in Electrical Engineering.

My final year thesis involved measurement of discomfort glare indices by using a CCD Camera. I completed my studies in 1999.

After my studies I worked as an Engineer in Training in the Network Development & Implementation Section.

I am currently working for Telecom Namibia Ltd. as a Product Manager in the Business Development & Strategic Marketing Division.
